Customer Protection

Here at X-DIFF all parts are fully covered with a 6 month warranty. Extended warranty will depend on the brand and part and will be handled directly through the appropriate manufacturer.

X-DIFF warranty will not apply if parts are abused, improperly installed, and/or misused in any way or form. Parts used in extreme sports both on and off-road are not subject to warranty (special exclusions apply). International customers please note that fitment is based on North American vehicles only (we cannot guarantee 100% fitment if the vehicle is made outside of North America. Shipping charges related to warranty issues are to be covered by the customer.

Warranty Process: 

A. Customer contacts X-DIFF and notifies company of the issue
B. Customer sends photos / video of defective part with details
C. Customer returns part back to X-DIFF warehouse or manufacturer for inspection (Customer pays for return shipping)
D. X-DIFF will issue a refund to the customer if inspection verifies damages/defects


X-DIFF offers a 60 day return from the date of purchase. Each claim is handled on an individual basis and have to go through our return procedures. Returns are only granted if the product is in new / open box condition. Installed / damaged parts will automatically void the return. To file a return please contact us directly. For locker lines brands: ARB and TJM, returns can only be accepted if the manufacturer's box is still completely sealed.

Note: For Credit Card Purchases (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) - Returns take 2-5 business days to go back to your account. Direct Paypal orders take 1-2 business days.
