Please note that this service only qualifies for products that are directly labeled with the Free Shipping icon. Some items that are listed in on our website require Freight Shipping. If you are trying to purchase these products in bulk (more than one) please call X-DIFF to arrange shipping. We offer flat rate freight shipping to all Contiguous USA States.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE
All international packages are fully insured for your protection. We offer highest quality packaging and handling for ALL shipping options. In the case of the package being lost, please inform us by email at sales@x-diff.com or call +1-734-470-0013 and we will then get in contact with you to resolve the issue ASAP. When receiving a package from the post office please make sure to verify the contents of the package and see if it correlates to what you have ordered. If anything is missing, stolen, or wrong, please immediately direct this to the post office and process all necessary forms for further investigation. Please also inform us as soon as possible.
